These are the rules for using Lookbricks, the search and shortlist service for real estate agents.
The service
Lookbricks searches real estate portals, checks each listing against your client's profile and suggests which ones are worth visiting, with the reasons. It works from the web dashboard and from Claude.
Your account
Your account is personal. You're responsible for what's done with it and for keeping your access secure.
Credits
Some features use AI credits, such as searching and refreshing the shortlist. Credits are topped up from your QTApp wallet, have no monthly fee or commitment and don't expire. Confirming with agents, scheduling, the day route, logging visits and rating don't use credits.
Your clients' data and WhatsApp
Only enter data for clients who authorized you to use it for their search.
Before sending the shortlist on WhatsApp, ask your client for permission: by ticking the box you confirm they agreed to receive messages from Lookbricks. If they reply BAJA, no more messages are sent.
Listing information
Listings come from third-party portals and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Verify the information with the agent or owner before making decisions.
Suggestions aren't decisions
The probability of a useful visit, the verdicts and the reasons are AI-generated suggestions and can be wrong. You decide what to visit and can change any status.
Acceptable use
Don't use Lookbricks to send unsolicited messages, for unlawful purposes or to try to access other users' data.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know.
