What exactly is Lookbricks?
Lookbricks is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) service we host. You don't install anything — just connect your AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT) to our MCP URL and ask for properties in plain language.
Does my client also pay or need an account?
No to both. Only you (the broker) pay. Your clients receive a public link to the report you built — they open it from their phone, no account or card. When they click, you see the open count in your dashboard.
Can my client run searches on Lookbricks?
No. You run the searches from Claude Code or ChatGPT. Your client only sees the reports you decide to send. You keep full control over what's shared per client.

How much does it cost?
You pay as you go with credits: top up from $100 MXN and each AI search or analysis is deducted from your balance. New brokers start with a free welcome credit. No monthly fee, no commitment.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you already use Claude Code or claude.ai, just paste the MCP URL and authorize via OAuth. Nothing to install.
Are my searches private?
Yes. Each broker has their own API key. Your searches are not shared and are never used to train models.
Do credits expire?
No. There's no subscription to cancel and no renewal date: your credit balance never expires and you use it at your own pace. Top up whenever you run out.
How long does a search take?
Between 5 and 12 seconds for 10 normalized results. The PDF report takes another 5 seconds.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes, we issue Mexican CFDI 4.0 from the dashboard for every credit top-up.
